Flexible Enrollment

1-Week Training Program

Each course in our program is offered as a standalone 1-week class — Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break. You can enroll in a single course to build a specific skill, or take them all to become fully certified across every major piece of commercial kitchen equipment.

No prior experience required. Tuition is $1,000 per course, all training materials included. Seats are limited — reserve yours before the class fills up.

Ice Machines

· 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30 min lunch)

Master diagnostic and repair of commercial ice machines — Hoshizaki, Manitowoc, Scotsman, and more. Covers refrigeration cycles, water systems, error codes, and preventive maintenance.

Refrigerators class equipment
1 week | $1,000

Refrigerators

· 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30 min lunch)

Commercial walk-in and reach-in refrigeration systems. Learn compressor diagnostics, refrigerant handling, electrical systems, and temperature control troubleshooting.

Deep Fryers class equipment
1 week | $1,000

Deep Fryers

· 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30 min lunch)

Gas and electric commercial deep fryer repair. Covers burner assemblies, thermostats, high-limit switches, oil filtration systems, and safety controls.

Salamanders class equipment
1 week | $1,000

Salamanders

· 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30 min lunch)

Commercial broiler and salamander service. Gas valve diagnostics, infrared burner systems, pilot assembly repair, and heat output calibration.

Convection Ovens class equipment
1 week | $1,000

Convection Ovens

· 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30 min lunch)

Gas and electric convection oven repair. Fan motor diagnostics, heating element testing, control board troubleshooting, and door seal replacement.

Pizza Ovens class equipment
1 week | $1,000

Pizza Ovens

· 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30 min lunch)

Deck, conveyor, and wood-fired pizza oven service. Stone deck maintenance, conveyor belt systems, temperature profiling, and gas system diagnostics.

Steamers class equipment
1 week | $1,000

Steamers

· 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30 min lunch)

Commercial steamer and combi-oven repair. Boiler descaling, solenoid valve service, pressure switch diagnostics, and steam generator maintenance.

Mixers class equipment
1 week | $1,000

Mixers

· 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30 min lunch)

Commercial planetary and spiral mixer repair. Gear transmission service, motor diagnostics, bowl lift mechanisms, and safety interlock systems.

Electrical Fundamentals class equipment

Build the core electrical skills every commercial kitchen technician needs. Read wiring diagrams, use digital multimeters, and diagnose faults across gas, refrigeration, and heating systems.
