Metro Star Mechanical Training Center was founded in Atlanta, GA to solve a real problem: the commercial kitchen equipment repair industry has a severe shortage of qualified technicians — and no accessible path to enter it. We built the program we wish had existed.

To train the next generation of commercial kitchen equipment technicians through hands-on, skills-focused instruction — giving career changers, veterans, and working professionals a direct path into a skilled trade with strong job demand and competitive pay.

Every class is taught on real commercial equipment. No simulations, no shortcuts — just the actual tools and machines you'll encounter on the job.

Founder & Lead Instructor
Robert Mosley founded Metro Star Mechanical Training Center after more than 20 years of repairing commercial kitchen equipment throughout Metro Atlanta. Throughout his career, he recognized a growing shortage of qualified service technicians and the limited opportunities for individuals seeking practical, industry-focused training. Drawing on decades of hands-on experience, Robert established Metro Star Mechanical Training Center to bridge that gap by providing students with the technical skills, real-world knowledge, and professional foundation needed to build successful careers in the commercial kitchen equipment service industry.
