Why we exist

Our mission

To train the next generation of commercial kitchen equipment technicians through hands-on, skills-focused instruction — giving career changers, veterans, and working professionals a direct path into a skilled trade with strong job demand and competitive pay.

Hands-on first

Every class is taught on real commercial equipment. No simulations, no shortcuts — just the actual tools and machines you'll encounter on the job.

Skills-focused

The curriculum is built around what employers actually need, not what's easiest to teach. We focus on practical, applicable skills.

Accessible training

Financing options, flexible scheduling, and a 12-week format make it possible for working adults to complete the program without putting their lives on hold.
