Fill out the request form with your equipment manufacturer, model number, serial number, the part you need, and any other details that will help us locate the right part.
We personally review the request.
Every request is reviewed by a real person on our team. We do not use automated systems to match parts. We look at your specific equipment and part information carefully.
We contact you with availability and a quote if available.
If we can locate the part, we will reach out to you using your preferred contact method with availability information and a written quote.
You decide whether to accept the quote.
There is no obligation. You review the quote and decide whether to move forward. A submitted request is never an order.
Payment and delivery are arranged only after the quote is approved.
Once you accept a quote in writing, we arrange payment and delivery details with you directly. Fitment, availability, final pricing, shipping, and payment are confirmed only in a written quote from Metro Star Mechanical.
